No. Each department's binder, locations, documents and users are private to that department. Only the master SDS library is shared.
Your department administrator decides. Members can be administrators, editors or read-only, so everyone can look things up while only the people you choose can change the binder.
Your data is never deleted automatically. You can export your binder, inventory spreadsheet and every SDS PDF at any time, and view access continues through a 30-day grace period after expiration.
